The CDC is now focusing on the explosive number of cases expected in Puerto Rico. The current Zika outbreak began nearly a year ago in Brazil. Zika virus, which is generally transmitted by infected mosquitoes, is a typically mild illness and 80 percent of affected people don't show symptoms . (more...)
